Résolution :
Le dossier C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Hyper-V\Virtual Machines contient un fichier XML dont le nom est identique au code d'erreur. Supprimez le fichier XML et vous ne devriez plus avoir de message d'erreur.
Ceci se produit en général après la suppression d'une machine virtuel.
